Course Length: Ten to twelve Hours, Classroom and Range Time (may run over time depending upon skeet range availability)

Course Goals: To teach the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for the safe and proper use of a shotgun in shooting moving targets.

Course Lessons: Topics and approximate times:
  1. Shotgun Knowledge and Safe Gun Handling (Two Hours)
  2. Ammunition Knowledge and the Fundamentals of Shotgun Shooting (Two Hours)
  3. Firing the First Shots (Two Hours)
  4. Shotgun Shooting Skills Practical Exercise (Two Hours, but may require repeating)
  5. Shotgun Games and Activities (Two Hours)
